Delivery And Returns
Our made to order garments are delivered in conformity with the measurements announced on the website. Each item is carefully quality controlled and measured before shipment.
Made to Order tailoring and knitwear are manufactured then shipped out from Shanghai within four weeks, shirting within three weeks. We will inform you the tracking detail of the shipment for you to follow-up. The shipment usually takes five to ten days. We use DHL courier company. And we offer free shipping worldwide for all the orders above 100USD excluding local duty and VAT. For any order under 100 USD the shipping fee will be a flat rate of 25 USD excluding local duty and VAT.
We insure all parcels during the time they are in transit until they are delivered to you. Please note, customers are responsible for insuring any return parcels to us.
We do not offer refunds. We only accept exchanges once and within one week upon receiving. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returns back to us in Shanghai. If you want us to arrange a pick up, we will charge a flat rate of 35 USD. If you wish to return an item, please contact us by email germain@germain-tailors.com include your name, order number, the item(s) you are returning, and reason for return. After our confirmation please ship back and send the tracking to us or order a pick up from us.

If you have requested an exchange, we will ship the replacement item(s) back to you free of charge.
Customers outside of China are responsible for all import duties and tax charges that may be applied by their local customs office on delivery to their country. Any import duty or tax charges are out of our control.
